We had planned to get up Wednesday and go to the Today show...since it was Meredith's last day on the show. But we were all to tired so we opted to sleep in. When we finally got up and started moving we packed up our stuff, left it with the bellman and headed out. We hit a street cart for breakfast, then sat a table in the middle of Times Square and ate. It was still early in the day, but it was so hot already, so we knew walking was out. We opted to buy tickets for one of the double decker buses that goes through the city. That was the way to go! It made stops at all the places we wanted to go. You could get off and do whatever and then just catch the new bus that came around to go to your next stop.

We drove by the Empire State building, Flat Iron Building, NYU Campus, Ground Zero. The first stop we got off on was Soho, we shopped around for a bit and then headed over to Canal Street for more shopping. It was so fun to watch the girls wheel and deal to get souviners for there friends and family. After that we hopped back on a bus and headed down to the statue of Liberty. We walked around Battery Park, took some pictures and by then we were all about ready to melt it was so HOT.

So we headed back to wait for a bus....Once the bus finally left, we headed for the South Street Seaport and some dinner. We found a great restaurant, had dinner and then wondered around looking at some of the ships.

Then we did a little photo shoot with the girls!

The whole time the girls were posing Colt was just staring at them.

We got back on a bus to take us back to the hotel to get our bags. Then we got a taxi and headed to Grand Central to take the train back to Cherie's. Once we all got to the station and found what track we were on we hit up Magnolia's Bakery for some yummy cupcakes!

We were all wore out and tired by the we got home that night!
