NGSPA Region 9

Monday Region 9 started. Monday was a beautiful day, unfortunately the dogs had a few issues and most did not finish..... So no Amateur shooting dog was named. Tuesday started off nice and then the winds came and took the canopies and blew everything in camp. Wednesday continued to be cold and windy and then on Thursday it snowed :( Comet ran in the All Age on Tuesday and was looking great until she had a little bobble on her fifth find with ten minutes to go. No All Age Champ was named... The Open Shooting Dog was our last chance to name a Champion at the trial. Comet ran in the first brace and looked awesome on her six finds. She set the bar pretty high and luck fully she held on and won the Open Shooting Dog. She is now a 3 time Champion. Random pictures from the starting line Placements. We had a long week, but it was worth all of the stress :) We had so much fun spending time with our field trial family.
