Road Trip to Arizona

Destrie's parents are moving west. Yeah! It will be so fun to only have them be 9 hours away instead of 24 hours. So we took off Friday night to take down their camper to his dad. We had a few issues that took some time, so we didn't get to Kingman until 7:00 Saturday morning. Once we got there we helped his dad unload stuff, set up the dog kennels, etc. Then we went house shopping, it always amazes me how different the housing market is in other places. After a full day of house hunting, we went to Blaine's boss's house to watch the Aggie game...Boo we lost, but we are still going dancing. We stayed at the Doug's house(The Boss) that night. I don't know that I have ever been so ready to get some sleep. Here we are going on 40 hours of no sleep.... not so cute! The Cache Man, happy to be in his new home. Miss Pearl, what a silly dog, she would just lay on her barrel while we worked. Sunday morning we got up and spent some time with pops, then headed for home. The plan was to get to Hoover Dam and spend some time looking around. But when we got close this is what we saw... Cars as far as we could see! Two hours later we made it to the dam! At one point Destrie had a nap while in the drivers seat waiting. We were under this bridge for a while. The good thing was that we were going slow enough that I could still take pictures. We made it home, just in time to get a few hours of sleep and then off to work. But we can't wait to go back to AZ!
